So after flying all night I finally arrived to DC. It is absolutely freezing here and is snowing on and off. The group of people here are amazing and I have already made some new friends. Tonight we all sat around talking and then we went and ate Thai food (which was absolutely amazing!!!)During our visit in Washington we will be visiting memorials, art museums, etc. We are in Washington till Friday and then we are off to Africa! I have my movies, books and Ipod ready for the long flight ahead... It is so weird that Africa is finally here!
